Find talented actors and actresses

In this step it is up to you and your producer to go out and find some talent. You don't have to find the most talented people but you do need to find someone who shows potential. With a little bit of work and some money you can pay a new wannabe actor or actress to sign on with you exclusively for a certain period of time. As long as you are paying the actor to take classes and be employed by you then you can use that time to get your first film ready to shoot. I normally recommend having at least 4-6 people signed on under you in order to get the most out of each one.
